The number of deaths from road accidents this year is 271 - 90 fewer than the 361 deaths last year.
The number of those injured this year is 3,476 - 326 cases down from the 3,802 injuries last year, Mr Chavarat said.
死者数は、271名となり、昨年の361名より少なかった。

…Most road accidents (38.76%) were caused by drink driving.
最多事故要因(38.75%)は、飲酒運転であった。
